FIVE--Four--Three-Two-One--Countdown



Countdown to Christmas. Feet up, shopping's done, presents wrapped? Time to INDULGE.
with FIVE minute Chocolate Mug Cake
  • 4 TBSP Flour
  • 4 TBSP Sugar
  • 3 TBSP oil
  • 3 TBSP milk
  • 3 Chocolate Chips (optional)
  • 2 TBSP cocoa
  • 1 Egg
  • splash of vanilla.

And ONE LARGE Coffee mug! Add dry ingredients to the mug and mix well. Add the egg and mix thoroughly. Pour in the milk and oil and mix well. Add the Chocolate Chips and stir again.
Put your mug in a 1000watt Microwave for three minutes. The cake WILL rise over the top of the mug. Allow it to Cool and tip it out. INDULGE!

Cranberry Sweet Potato Bake
2 cans (15 oz. each) cut sweet potatoes, drained
1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries coarsley chopped
1/4 cup coarsely chopped pecans
1/2 cup orange marmalade, warmed
1 1/2 C miniature marshmallows (optional)

Mash sweet potatoes and place in a greased 11x7x2 inch baking dish.
Sprinkle with chopped cranberries and pecans and swirl through the mashed potatoes,
Scatter marshmallows over the top (optional)
Warm marmalade & spoon marmalade over top
Cover and bake for 25-30 minutes or until heated through.
