Kappa Kappa Gamma 72nd Biennial Convention

Georgia and I just returned from the 72nd Biennial Convention of our Fraternity.  The four day convention was in Denver, Colorado and was filled with such incredible experiences, such outstanding workshops and presenters, and such important Fraternity business. We had a ball

These are the delegates, members, and advisers from Georgia's
Chapter at UC Santa Barbara--There were 1000 attendees at this convention.

This is Georgia holding her Chapter's flag---and this is ME holding mine.

Here is Georgia seen among our Founders.  Six Women founded Kappa Kappa Gamma on October 13, 1870 at Monmouth College, Monmouth Illinois. Today there are 140 collegiate chapters and 307 Alumnae associations. Over a quarter of a million members have been initiated into Kappa Kappa Gamma since its founding, and today's collegiate chapters range from just a few members to chapters that are comprised of over 400 members active on their (big) campuses!
We are called a fraternity because we were founded before the word "sorority" was used. We are one of the 26 National Panhellenic collegiate women's fraternities and sororities on college campuses today.

Banquet.  The Epsilon Psi gals at Banquet, and Georgia with her big Sis Haley (who couldn't make convention this time)

Kit I used is "Remember Me" by Kimeric Kreations
(Kim Lichtfuss,  owner of The Digichick lost her battle with cancer on July 11th
She will be remembered as an inspiration and exceptional designer in the digital scrapbooking community.)
