Priss' Phantastic Photoshoppers Party

The Mesquite area Winter Fundamentals of Photoshop Class' most recent graduates were welcomed by former FUN grads, at a Photoshoppers Party held in Mesquite at the Credit Union Community Room. The online Class completed their course on April 1st, and the Face2Face Class, that completes their Photoshop Basics on Thursday,  gathered with a dozen Photoshoppers for a Mystery Lunch and party.

In the next photo, students study the projects of their friends, and try to list the tools and techniques they used on their favorite project. Everyone played a Photoshop Game identifying the main function of Photoshop's tools by keystroke as they drew out the tool's icons and guessed which tool they were trying to recognize.

The layer style and the center frame in these layouts were designed by Karen Schulz in her kit Granny Finches' Garden which was a gift to the FUNdamentals graduates from Karen. Karen also provided the Photoshoppers with a gift certificate to her store Snickerdoodle Designs by Karen.   FUNdamentals of Photoshop is taught in the online community forums and galleries of Papers and Pixels.

There was a private Face2Face class this spring, and in this layout on the left, those graduates finish up FUNdamentals and earn their certificates too. their graduation day was April 26, 2012.
